A NEW, young WI for the area surrounding Yelverton has been formed.

The first full meeting with a speaker will be held on Thursday, October 4 at 7.30pm in the Blue Button Workshop, Moordene, on the corner of Axtown Lane, just past Knightstone Tearooms.

Any ladies interested in finding out what the WI has to offer are invited to come along without obligation. A small committee will be formed to devise a lively programme to appeal to younger women. Contact Kate on 01822 855539 for more information.
