I HAVE just started to go to a new Day Centre which opened last week at Trevenn, 75, Exeter Road, on Monday and Tuesdays, 10am to 3pm.
It is like home from home, with all the comforts, with a bright outlook on lovely gardens and very friendly atmosphere.
We have tea and biscuits when we arrive, and there are such a lot of activities to do, ie — cards, dominoes and craft.
We have a lovely home cooked lunch — it is very organised by Emma, greatly assisted by her mum, Heather.
I enjoy going there and hope if you are feeling lonely or depressed you pay us a visit and join in. There is also a bath and shower unit, and transport can be arranged.
