PANTO season is well and truly upon us, and Northlew Amateur Dramatic Society is eagerly warming up for their production of Sleeping Beauty.

This year's pantomime — the fourth produced by NADS — has a slightly different feel, with the joint directing team of Jayne O'Connell and Rachel Richards adding in some hilarious modern touches, not to mention a few twists.

Always a sell-out, the panto this year will be performed on Friday February 25 and Saturday February 26, with two performances on the Saturday — a matinee and an evening performance.

Tickets cost £6 for adults and £3 for children up to 11 years old.

The price of the ticket includes a glass of wine or a soft drink on arrival, and hot pasties will be available during the interval.
