FORMER MP Ann Widdecombe visited Tavistock last Saturday and helped raise more than £2,000 for mental health charity Make a Difference, Tavistock. 'An evening with Ann Widdecombe' at Tavistock Town Hall saw the radio and TV personality speak to more than 160 people and allow them to ask her questions in the second half. Co-founder of Make a Difference Sandy Edney said the event proved to be an 'extremely good evening'. 'I am very pleased with how the event went and I think everyone had a really good evening. 'I would like to thank everyone that helped.'
