AN evening not for the faint hearted is being held at Morwellham Quay this Saturday to celebrate Hallowe?en. This year?s event will host hair-raising activities set among the dark corners and gloomy buildings of the quay. After a spooky train ride into the haunted copper mine, people can wander down to quay cottage to hear some ghostly stories or visit the gypsy caravan to have their fortune told. In the manganese barn there is apple bobbing, doughnut dunking and other traditional Hallowe?en games. Refreshments will be available in the Ship Inn. All children are invited to come in suitable fancy dress with prizes for the best efforts. Morwellham Quay?s Hallowe?en experience starts at 5pm to 9.30pm. Everyone is welcome.
