AN EAST Cornwall student was one of more than 100 graduating participants of the National Citizen Service programme recently. Jessica Tait, who attends Callington Community College sixth form, took part in the four-week programme during the summer holidays, completing volunteering tasks, fundraising missions and personal challenges at Siblyback Lake, BF Adventure Cornwall College Campus and in and around Camelford. Jessica said: 'This was a challenging programme, but so worthwhile. Managing to raise over £500 for various charities in one week is so rewarding.'
