TAVISTOCK Thistles are currently looking to sign new players to play in all age groups. Tavistock Thistles FC is the town?s oldest established local junior football club and we are looking to strengthen our squads and sign new players. If you or your children are between the ages of 5 ? 14 and U18 and are keen to play regular first team football then please get in touch. Our recent affiliation with Tavistock AFC means that our U18 team will now have the use of the Langsford Park pitch (weather permitting) for our home games as well as the use of the changing rooms and the facilities at the Red and Black club. As an FA Charter Standard Club its coaches have attained a minimum of qualified FA Level one standard. It also has two coaches who are qualified FA Level two and a third starting a level two course in September. One of the Thistles? coaches is also taking his level three (UEFA B License). All managers and coaches are CRB checked under Devon FA child protection regulations.
