• A CAR was scratched by an unknown offender on Market Street in Hatherleigh, some time on July 13 or July 14. CR/059172/17.
• A WOMAN living in North Tawton has made reports to police of harassing phonecalls since the turn of the year from people claiming to be from an accidents claim company. If you have had such calls, feel free to contact the police on 101. CR/057787/17.
• A MAN concealed alcohol in his trousers while in the Co-op in Okehampton, then left the store without paying. The theft took place at 4pm on July 14. CR/057916/17.
• A PEDAL bike was stolen from a patch of grass by a property in Moyses Meadow, Okehampton on July 13. CR/057928/17.
• A MALE offender stole three soft drinks worth £4 from the chiller in McColls in Okehampton on July 14, between 12.50pm and 12.55pm. CR/058006.
• IN a separate incident over the last few weeks, another male was going to take energy drinks from McColls in Okehampton without paying for them, before putting them back after being advised by a friend. CR/058099/17.
• A MALE and female known to police were caught on CCTV taking £72 of alcohol from Co-op in Okehampton between 6.25pm and 6.33pm on July 15. If you saw the crime, contact police quoting CR/058225/17.
• AN unusual case of assault happened at Whitehouse Services outside Okehampton on July 14.
A male was asked to stand in the queue by a woman. He then threw a bottle of milk at her and stormed out of the service station. The incident took place between 1.20pm and 1.30pm. If you saw anything, contact police quoting CR/058575/17.
• CRIMINAL damage was done to the benches and picnic table to the rear of Lidl in Okehampton. The damage was done some time between 9am and 9pm on July 17. CR/059525/17.
• A TYRE was slashed and a windscreen wiper and wing mirror were snapped off an Audi A6 parked outside a property on Barn Close in Whiddon Down, sometime between 6pm on July 19 and 1.30pm on July 20.
