AFTER celebrating 25 years as office manager with Ward and Chowen, Pat Smith is pictured with two items which sold for more than £2,500 at a recent auction. She is seen with a 1950s telephone which fetched £300, and an Elliot RAF 1940s dial clock from Malta which sold for £2,300. At the auction a Cromwellian pike head found near Exeter city wall made £105. A coloured print with scenes of Tavistock, Chagford and Bridestowe by S Prout in 1811 sold for £70, and a damaged pair of salt-glazed Queen Victoria and Prince Albert figures reached £200.
