We are delighted to introduce Rachael Shearmur, who has joined Gilbert Stephens Solicitors as a Senior Solicitor in our Family Law department. Rachael brings a wealth of experience to our firm, making her an invaluable addition to our team.

Rachael is well-versed in assisting clients to navigate the complexities of family breakdown, whether through divorce, the dissolution of civil partnerships, or cohabitation arrangements coming to an end. She is able to advise on the financial consequences of family breakdown (property, lump sums, maintenance, pension sharing etc), on child arrangements and on issues of domestic abuse.   Family Law is not always about relationships ending.
