WHITCHURCH School had three teams who qualified for the Devon Winter Games finals — netball team, Year 3 and 4 boys cross country team and Year 3 and 4 girls cross country team. 

The teams had taken part in a number of preliminary rounds, which were held in Paignton on March 19, to get to the finals. 

Whitchurch netball team and Year 3 and 4 cross country team both came fifth overall and the school's Year 3 and 4 boys team came second overall — quite an achievement for Whitchurch School.
