TAMAR Trail Warriors went to Plymouth Tamerton to take part in the Muskies Madness 10k on Saturday.

The route started at the King’s Tamerton Community Centre and it took them down a steep hill  to a small woodland for the multi- terrain and the undulating course with a river path which the warriors enjoyed. It then headed back to the community centre via a road and back up a long, steep hill to the finish.

The conditions were very hot for all the runners.
