Kelly College pupil Victoria Moore took part in the Sidmouth Aquathlon earlier this month.

Victoria, aged 14, competed in the junior girls and for her 600 metre swim she recorded a time of 08 minutes 5 seconds, coming out the water 50 seconds in front of her nearest rival. Her 5 kilometre run time was 25 minutes 11 seconds which gave her an overall time of 33mins 16secs to take the gold — 23 seconds in front of second placed Abi Speake.

The college wish Victoria, who represented Kelly College in the Devon County ASA swimming champion-ships at Plymouth Life Centre last week, success this weekend at the Dartington Duathlon — where she will complete in a 5k road run, 20k bike ride and 2.5 cross country run.
