THE Argyle Veterans kicked-off into a strong, cold wind. The Argyle trio of Letchford, Ausden and Wilson made sure their side were in the driving seat when the interval came,with a fine defensive display.

Argyle managed to keep Morwen pinned into there own half. Brian Welham finally opened the scoring for Argyle, his powerful glancing header from a corner flew into the net. Soon after it was two. Drew finished well after a great pass from Winser. Winser provided the next goal for Drew as the visitors were no match for home side.

Argyle veterans play Barnstaple Veterans at home on February 19.
