YELVERTON Golf Club men veterans played a three ball Stapleford, two to count.

Joint first with 85 points were David Jeremiah Keith Marshall and Bill Ednie along with Dick Cole, Ray Curran and David Coombs.

Second with 84 pts were Jack Bovingdon, Geoff Morris and Peter Smerdon.

Three teams were joint 3rd on 81 points — Terry Maber,  Kevin Ivey and Brendan McVeigh, John Brooking, Bill Davison and Peter Taylor along with Richard Gard, Mike Bates and R J Bennett.
