AT the Tavy Club on Friday June 1, the Tinhay Darts league finals night took place and a nice buffet was laid on by Sally the club owner.

Pete Gibson thanked Tinhay Building Supplies for their continued support. Kathy Gibson presented the trophies.

There was a great evening of darts with the semis and finals of the singles and doubles. They were treated to a great singles final with the game poised at two each.

The final leg started with A Greenaway scoring a 180 then finishing a shot out of 116 to win the final.

The prize winners were as follows: League winners, Leaping Salmon A, runner up, Tavy Club A; Cup winners, Tavy Club A, runner up, Leaping Salmon A; Singles winner, A Greenaway, Tavy Club A, runner up, J Lyden, Leaping Salmon B.

The annual general meeting will be held at the Burrator Inn on Monday July 2 at 7.30pm. Any new teams wishing to join please be represented at the meeting.
