TAVISTOCK Hockey Club played their annual festive hockey match between Christmas and new year.

With a great turn out at Mount Kelly, a number of players were involved in the fun game.

The weather was kind and allowed a good competitive match. With numerous families involved, there were two evenly matched teams who contested a spirited game.

With some fine skills on show, the excesses of the festive period were blown away and a 4-4 draw concluded the contest.

All participants returned to the Trout and Tipple after the game for the usual hospitality.
