TAVISTOCK Cricket Club lost a great friend on Sunday when loyal member Mike Crocker died on Sunday.

He had been involved as a player, secretary and committee member for almost 40 years. Mike was also the bar steward for the last 15 years.

Club president Stuart Munday told the Times:? 'Mike's commitment to the club was top class and he will be impossible to replace.

For players, members and all who knew him this is a very sad occasion and the club sends its condolences to Jenny and his family.'
