TAVISTOCK Athletic Club challenges all local sports clubs and hashers to provide a team of two men and two ladies to compete over 100 and 200 metres on the track at Tavistock College under floodlights.

The winning team will have the lowest aggregate times. The event will take place on Friday, September 14 and will be incorporated in a track and field meeting on the same night.

Costs are £8 per team and there are trophies for first, second and third place. TAC club members will not be taking part unless they are also members of another sports club). There will be practice sessions on the track on Saturday, September 1 and 8 between 11 and noon. Cost £2 per person.
