KELLY College swimmers took part in the ASA Development Gala held over three days last month at the Life Centre in Plymouth.

Swimmers taking part were Sian Temple, Samuel Gray, Elinor Stanyer, Lois Thornton, Isaac Staig, Archie Trevethan and Jacob Staig.

Sian Temple won seven medals — gold in the 800 freestyle, 100 IM, 100 breaststoke and 200 IM, silver in the 100m fly and 400 freestyle and bronze in the 200 breaststroke. She also achieved eight personal best times.

Elinor Stanyer took 93 seconds off her 200 freestyle time and Lois Thornton 75 seconds off her 200 freestyle time. Other personal best times by Jacob Staig, Archie Trevethan and Samuel Gray.
