MOUNT Kelly had a highly successful outing to the Exeter City Open Meet held at the Plymouth Life Centre earlier this month.

The swimmers broke a total of 11 Mount Kelly age group records, and six new National Short Course qualifying times were achieved by Dani Baker (2), Julian Chan Quee Lin, Molly Peters, Taku Chaza and Megan Bowen.

The Mount Kelly team claimed a huge total of 110 gold medals, 87 silvers and 35 bronzes, taking their total medal haul to 232. 

Twelve Mount Kelly swimmers will now travel to Sheffield this weekend where they will represent Devon at the ASA Inter-County Championships.
