WEST Devon's Heather Fell was 11th in the womens' British Modern Pentathlon Championships held at Solihull in the West Midlands.

The event was won by London Olympic silver medallist Samantha Murray.

Fell producing a battling end to her campaign, scything her way through the field from 14th to fifth in the shoot/running event.
