THE winners of the monthly competition played at Tavistock Squash and Racketball Club on June 4 were Peter Stongitharm and Paddy Kerr. It was a squash team event with three teams trying to secure as many points as possible. After plenty of close action the teams of Peter and Paddy along with Simon Powell and Robin Burdfield were tied on points. With deciding games played Peter and Paddy emerged victorious winning both of the play off matches. It was another enjoyable evening, but the club say few more players would help! Next month it will be a racketball team competition on July 2.
