FOR any people who are planning on running a half marathon in the spring Tavistock Athletic Club is inviting you to join in its ‘Sunday Runs’.

These varied routes start at seven miles and steadily increase over tens weeks to 12.5 miles ready for a half marathon. This could help in your training for a spring marathon, including the Tavy 13 on April 10.

The runs are led by qualified coaches or run leaders and you do not have to be a member of the club to join in. For more details check the news section on www.tavistockathletics.co.uk
