IN the Okehampton Ladies Netball League Sparks beat Wallabies 21-17.

Sparks started focussed and soon found themselves leading.

Although not a high scoring quarter Sparks did enough to stay ahead and led by three goals. Wallabies however had the upper hand in the second quarter where they led by two goals.

Sparks re-focussed and despite some good defending from Wallabies, Sparks shooters found the goal to take the third quarter by four goals. The last quarter saw both teams evenly matched with three goals scored each. Sparks, however, had done enough to secure their first win this season.

Busy Bees beat Tonix 29-25 in a top of the table clash, It was always going to be tough with both teams evenly matched. With nothing to choose between the teams Busy Bees inched ahead to win by four goals. With both teams only losing to each-other the top spot looks like it will be all down to the next few matches.
