TAVISTOCK Squash and Racketball Club held their final monthly club night competition of the year.

This was a team squash event played using the faster blue ball, which made for longer rallies and evened out some of the games. Two teams of seven joined in the festive spirit to produce some good close action, with only a few points separating the two at the end.

The winning team was made up Owen Drage, Paul Trueman, Sarah Lucas, Tracey Nichols, Peter Strongitharm, Mike Benstead and Will Westlake. James Killingbeck finishing with the winning individual score.

Next month's competition will be a team racketball event.
