IT has been another successful weekend for Tavistock Run Project. Three team members competed in the ever popular Bideford 10k on Sunday. Jim Cole took second place overall, in a very competitive time of 32 minutes 47 seconds.

Ben Neale achieved a really respectable seventh overall in a great time of 35.43, a particularly impressive considering his success in London Marathon just three weeks prior to today’s event. Dave Chanter, the team coach also raced well at Bideford, clocking a time of 51.19 to gain ninth in his respective age group.

Meanwhile in the depths of Cornwall Emma Dooney was busy competing at Helston Triathlon, another positive event in her series of triathlons including a 400m swim, 15mile bike and three mile run.
