Yelverton Bowling Club celebrated their opening day April 20, in beautiful sunshine, albeit brisk and windy. 

The event was attended by 42 members with the first bowl of the season traditionally delivered by the club president Chris Pearn.

Potential new members are welcomed to attend and try on Thursday evening club nights and Friday evening practice and coaching nights which start at 5.30pm at the bowling green situated on the Yelverton Memorial Fields in Meavy Lane, Yelverton.
