OKEHAMPTON Judo Club students make good progress through the British Judo Council syllabus at gradings, demonstrating their technical ability, Judo etiquette as well as attack and defence fighting skills.

RESULTS: BJC club grading primaries (U10 years old), Cara Dixon (one orange tab) and Hannah Harbron (one rrange tab). Juniors (U16s) Ben Bowles (orange belt), Henry Harbron (orange belt), Jay Ratcliffe (yellow belt, one orange tab), Corey Friend (yellow belt) and George Brain (two yellow tabs).

Devon BJC area grading juniors (U16s) Alfie Budd (green belt); seniors Nicki Budd (green belt). National BJC grading seniors (U16s) Aidan Bostock (black belt) gaining a full contest dan grade with all three major Judo organisations, The AJA, BJA and the BJC.
