IN the Okehampton Ladies Netball League Falcons beat Jesters 61-22.

For newly promoted Jesters this was always going to be a tough game; Falcons started strongly and Jesters soon found themselves trailing.

In the second quarter Falcons increased the pressure and their lead to 21 goals and Jesters were finding it hard to stop Falcons. Jesters had a better third quarter matching Falcons goal for goal. Falcons pulled away again in the fourth leaving Jesters with no hope of decreasing Falcons lead. A well-played match with the score not always truly reflecting the game.

Jammie Dodgers drew with Lifton 45-45. This was a very close match from the start with both teams scoring goal for goal.

Jammie Dodgers just had the lead at the end of the first quarter however in the second the lead changed for Lifton to go ahead by just one goal.

In the third Jammie Dodgers had taken over as leaders again however with only two goals to separate the teams there was all to play for in the fourth quarter. Lifton increased the pressure and managed to secure the draw, a fair result for this match.
