YELVERTON Golf Club veterans held an individual Stapleford competition on April 3.

The winner of division one with 37 points was Mike Bates. Joint second with 32 pts were Mike Ayres and Mike Allan and third, on 31pts, Bryan Blaber and John Souter.

Division two was won by Terry Maber on 34pts. Joint second with 33pts were Don Read and Peter O'Neil; third with 31 pts was Derek Mauhan.
