CHRISTOPHER Wrey of the Mid Devon Hunt PC was in sparkling form at the Four Burrow Tetrathlon on Saturday, winning the mini boys triathlon competition.

He started the event with the best shoot in his class and followed that up with the fastest run. Christo then added a PB swim to his score, all adding up to a fine win.

In the mixed mini class, the Mid Devon had Archie Philips, Casey Plaskett and Immie May competing. Archie shot the best score of his career; backed this up with a PB run and did superbly to finish the class in third place.

Meanwhile, Immie put in a superb run – the fourth fastest in the age group and Casey continued her improvement in the pool, producing another PB swim.

Casey's sister Zara entered the biathlon class and she scampered round the 1,000 m run in fine style, finishing with a PB time.
