MID Devon Pony Club tetrathletes had a great two days at the South Devon Moorland's annual tetrathlon. Inspired by a coaching session from former club member and Olympic star Gorgs Geikie, four of the group posted personal best scores in the shooting phase.

In the biathlon event the Mid Devon team of Zara Plaskett, Molly Bushin and newcomer Jacob Robinson did superbly to finish in second place, with Molly having the best swim in the class and Zara running a personal best time.

In the assisted class, Harry Robinson produced pb in the run and the swim, then rode a great clear round to take the tetrathlon. Team mate Rubin Bushin had a pb shoot and the best swim in the class and then rode clear in what was her first full tetrathlon to finish fourth.

Immie May in the triathlon, posting the fastest time in the run, had pbs in all three phases and finishing in second. She then faced the challenge of her first ever cross country course and persevered superbly to finish. In the unassisted class, Archie Philips had pbs in the shoot and pool and a great cross country round saw him finish the class in fourth.

Casey Plaskett finished the triathlon in sixth place while Saxon Terry helped his team into fifth place.
