BERE Alston Trekkers are pleased to be hosting their annual road race, the Bere Pen 10k, on Sunday, May 4 at 11am. The road race follows a three mile down, three mile up route around the beautiful Bere Peninsula and offers a medal to all finishers, as well as age category and spot prizes.  The course will be well marshalled and will have two drink stations.  There are also changing facilities, bag storage and the all important post run refreshment tent. The event forms part of the village carnival weekend with all proceeds being returned to the community for local projects.
