TAMAR Valley Riding Club junior member Lauren Smallridge made the journey to the British Riding Club area 19 show jumping qualifiers at Chyverton, Truro on Sunday, June 17.

Lauren and her pony Mouse (pictured) not only came first in the Style Show Jumping but also won the 70 centimetre show jumping class with a 10 seconds lead gaining this plucky pair the individual qualifying place for the National Championships in Lincoln.

TVRC is a riding club covering the Tamar Valley area, catering for both adults and children with a dedicated junior section.

The club say it is absolutely thrilled for Lauren and Mouse and wish them every success at the championships.
