n FOLLOWING weeks of training on the track the Saturday Ladies took to the roads of Dartmoor last weekend to trail blaze the Tavy 7 in preparation of the event this weekend.

There was a total of 19 ladies running the course.

The Saturday Ladies track session at Tavistock College starts at 10.15am and is open to runners of any ability and new runners are welcome any time.
