AS a final event for the junior sessions at Yelverton Bohemians Cricket Club there was a Kwik cricket competition involving eight teams.

The teams were a mixture of all ages — from senior players such as Chris Cottrell down to the very young from six-year olds.

A lovely tea was provided by parents and other family members before the matches started and a barbecue finished off what was a superb evening involving more than 70 players and numerous supporters.
