KELLY College have five representatives at the British Swimming Championships - which are doubling up as the Olympic/Paralympic trials.
Held at the Aquatic Centre, London until Saturday the swim is also being held as an Olympic test event.
Cameron Brodie, who is a silver medallist from the last Commonwealth Games, will be making his bid to represent GB at the Olympics in the 100m and 200m butterfly.
Matthew Henry from Coryton will be taking on the 200m individual medley at the trials.
Ellen Keane, Jan Langton and Michael Jones are all taking part in the multi-discipline events which are being held for swimmers to qualify for the Paralympics. Jan, from Yelverton, will be competing in the S6 Class, Ellen S9 and Michael S8.
KELLY College Prep School members of the Kelly Swim Squad took part in the National Postal Swim at Kelly College.
The children, aged between 8-10, swam remarkable distances for their ages, especially considering that most of them had never swam continuously for an hour before.
The results will now be posted to the organisers and in due course the swimmers will find out how they have done against the rest of the country.
Coach, Liz Brew, said that she thought the children demonstrated determination and great strength of character as they all swam to personal best performances.
