A SUCCESSFUL day was had by Tavistock College showjumping team at Bicton Arena, Budleigh Salterton on Sunday.

Showjumpers Frankie McKechnie riding Butterford Aldon, Heidi Littlejohns on Bramble, Georgia Liddle on Hercules and Beccy McArthur on Eddie secured second place qualifying the team to go to Addington Manor, Buckinghamshire in October.

All riders jumped a super double clear with Frankie McKechnie receiving fourth individual out of a 50 plus class.

In the second class Georgia Liddle and Heidi Littlejohns jumped a great double clear but the team did not make a qualifying first or second.

It is the first time the team have competed together representing Tavistock College and they are excited about future events.
