JAKE France from Tavistock Swimming Club competed in his first ASA South West fast five competition which took place at Gloucester. This sprint gala requires all swimmers to compete in all the strokes more than 50 metres and also the 100m individual medley.

Jake produced some excellent results in all his races — including a personal best time in the 100m intermediate. Jake's good results enabled him to finish fifth overall in his age group.
