TAVISTOCK Hire Centre avenged themselves from a defeat the previous week against Morley Rangers.

Hire started brightly and should have taken the lead but Kurt Hadaway missed two good chances that fell his way.

Morley then broke and scored from a corner after some sloppy marking. With five minutes left of the half Tavi Hire equalised when a poor clearance from Morley's keeper allowed Hadaway to score from 30 yards out.

Tavi Hire began to dominate and took the lead early in the second half when defender Robert Moloney received the ball on the edge of the area and smashed the ball in to the top of the net.

They went 3-1 up when a good move saw ex Morley play Mark Norman score at the back post. Hire then let Morley back into the game when Shaun Moloney was lobbed from 25 yards out. Tavi Hires defence stood firm from Morley pressure before they scored two quick goals when man of the match Will Pike curled home from the edge of the area and sub Arron Burton sealed the win.
