A Bere Alston Trekkers mixed team took part in the Tavy Relays recently.

They ran in the same wave as the men’s teams and were one of only two mixed teams taking part. Their efforts saw them awarded ’the happiest, last place team’ in the Tavy relays.

The BATs team comprised of Lorna Lapthorne, Debbie Ashton, Quentin Harte-Latremouille and Ali Greaves. Debbie and Quentin are new to running and are taking part in the BATs current Summer Couch to 5K scheme and were supported in the relays by Lorna and Ali.
