Cockington v Yelverton

YELVERTON bowled first on a wet track getting Cockington all out for 105!

Bowlers Paul Shaw took 3-15 and Cunningham taking 2-18 with the other wickets shared around!

In reply Yelverton knocked off the runs with just wickets down with opener Geoff Brain hitting the last ball for four to reach his half century.

Brain was helped with a opening stand with Pat Hobbs 29 and later captain Rich West at the end of the innings.

It gave the visitors 20 points to beat Cockington (2pts) by eight wickets.

Yelverton lead the table by nine points from Plymouth CSR.
