IT was a productive week for Tavistock Netball Club with both TyreMarks and Horrabridge winning their games in the Plymouth Netball League.

TyreMarks took on Portcullis Panthers in a thriller of a game. Panthers were quick off the mark despite Brent and Dustin coming up with some great intercepts. Kent back in her first game in six months made many tips.

TyreMarks managed to bring the game back level at 13-13 in the second quarter with some great shooting from player of the match Streeter and Jury. In the third quarter went goal for goal with some great play by Bourn and Chapel. The final qtr seen TyreMarks break free with great feeds into the circle by Cole to take their first win of the season 25 -20. 

Horrabridge took on Plympton Gems in division three which was a good game with slick play from all concerned. Some excellent defence from Demery, McVeigh and Shadrick ensured a good result alongside some clever shooting from Scott and Callard being fed by the sharp footed Burgess and Nevin.

A whistlestop tour from Holland in the last quarter ensured the pace never slackened. This was the first win of the season for Horrabridge 27 - 11.
