HURDWICK Golf Club greeted a team from Chumleigh GC earlier this month for the annual friendly match with the visitors bringing a strong team.

Hurdwick came home with one and a half points from the first two games but a late serge from Chumleigh saw them win the remaining four games to clinch the victory.

Both teams are pictured after enjoying a barbecue on completion of the match.

Hurdwick team are looking forward to the return match on September 1.
