OKEHAMPTON College has joined forces has joined forces with Plymouth Argyle FC to launch a post-16 football development programme. Based at the college, the course will start in September.

The course is looking for young players of school leaving age, with a passion to play football and to take academic studies through Okehampton College. Under the guidance of Plymouth Argyle, students will have the opportunity to train and play in the Plymouth Argyle Football Development Programme.

The programme is designed to give people good academic qualifications that can take them into universities and further employment.
