YELVERTON Golf Club ladies used their October medal to decide the overall winner for the year.

More than 60 years ago former captain Eveline West gave the trophy for this event, which is open to all silver and bronze winners of the monthly medal and Stableford competitions. Current vice-captain Angela Read produced a round of net 70 to win the Eveline West cup which was presented to her by captain Diane Reardon. Helen Harris was the runner-up with net 75.
