THE Tavy Joggers met for the final session of their 10-week course last Tuesday evening.

The group has been organised by coaches and leaders from Tavistock Athletic Club, with the aim of encouraging those new to running to give it a try.

Despite several joggers being away on holiday, eighteen runners turned out on a damp and humid evening to complete a 5k run, receive a certificate and celebrate their achievement with cake.
