YOUNGSTERS?from Hatherleigh and North Tawton football clubs took part in the end of season friendly matches last weekend in Hatherleigh. Both sides had mixed U11 teams, two U8 teams each, and Hatherleigh had three junior teams, and two for North Tawton. After the friendly matches, was a barbecue, refreshments and music. There was even a mums and daughters' game, and a dads' match, which all enjoyed. More than £500 was raised from the day, which will be used to buy a new container to store equipment at Hatherleigh Football Club.
