THE lady captain's drive at Yelverton Golf Club took place on March 13.

Diane Reardon (far left of picture) is the club's new ladies' captain and following celebrations on the first tee the day's shortened competition was a three ball better ball over 13 holes.

The winners were Penny Hunter, Gilly Jarvis and Chris Longden with 61 points.
